PARCEL SERVICES

When sending small packages overseas, we offer door to door delivery to a variety of locations.

The measurements of a parcel correspond with its weight. The shipping price is determined by the size and weight of a parcel, which can be calculated by using our Parcel Cost Calculator

  • One side of the package can’t be longer than 39in (99cm), all sides cannot total more than 79in (200cm).
  • Every package should be properly packed
  • Max allowed weight is 66 lbs
  • Oversized Shipments: Larger parcels with a weight of 67 lbs (30.39kg) or more are considered to be special cargo

I live in the Chicago-land area

There are 2 options for getting your package to our warehouse

    • Bring the package to our warehouse during the opening hours
    • Schedule a pickup by following instructions at “I LIVE IN SOMEWHERE ELSE IN THE UNITED STATES”
I live in somewhere else in the United States
    • Send us an email to packages@tatraship.com containing:
        • Basic info: name, US address, and phone number
        • Package dimensions (H,W,L in) and weight (Lbs)
    • We will send you a UPS label, which you will print and attach to your package. 
    • Drop your package off to the nearest UPS dropoff location
        • *charges for UPS delivery will be based on the size of your package(s).
    • Fill out our Bill of Landing form. 
    • The package will be processed and exported
    • An invoice will be issued, which can be paid directly by credit card, Paypal, or Zelle
Online Shopping
    • Shopping in the US has never been easier! Oftentimes popular sites such as Amazon do not offer shipping to Europe. By shipping through us, we are able to deliver packages from any website directly to your door.

extra charges and duty/ tax info
  • If a package is delivered to Tatraship by USPS, FedEx, or any other carrier, there will be a $5.00 Handling Fee added to the final cost.
  • If a package is worth more than $50.00 USD, the receiver will be responsible for all tax and customs fees.
insurance info
  • If a package gets lost or damaged, the maximum liability is up to $100.00 USD
  • If requested, an extra 5% liability rate from the value of the package can be purchased.
