  • Bubble Wrap – Additional cushioning for fragile items.
  • Corner Protectors – Foam or cardboard padding for sharp edges.

Yes, all shipments are fully insured. For items valued over $10,000, an additional insurance fee may apply to ensure maximum protection.

Package Shipping

3. How does the UPS drop-off option work?

If you’re not in Chicago, you can ship your package to our warehouse via UPS. Follow these steps:



  1. Complete the Declaration Form – Ensure all details are accurate.
  2. Email Us – Send your name, package dimensions (H x W x L in inches), and weight (lbs) to [email protected].
  3. Receive Your Shipping Label – We’ll provide a UPS label for you to print.
  4. Drop Off Your Package – Take it to the nearest UPS drop-off location.
  5. Processing & Shipping – Once received at our warehouse, your package will be processed and shipped to its destination.

Billing

1. How can I pay my invoice?
