  • What are the minimum and maximum sizes of shipment?

    We are able to transport shipments of various types and sizes. Anything as small as an envelope to as big as a truck.

  • Do you provide door to door delivery?

    Yes, it is possible to have a shipment delivered to your door, depending on the individual case.

  • How long does it take for an item to deliver when shipping via ocean freight?

     On average delivery takes about 4-5 weeks from the time of loading. Transporting by plane takes up to two weeks.

  • How long does it take for an item to deliver when shipping via Air freight?

    a.) If the shipment is being delivered to consignee, it takes 7-10 business days


    b.) If the shipment is being delivered to the airport, it takes 3-5 business days

  • How do I properly pack my shipment?

  • What are my options if I want to transport an item that is oversized?

  • Is it possible to buy a car from the United States even though I live in Europe.

    Yes, we have a professional team that is dedicated to purchasing cars for clients who are overseas.

  • I am planning to move back to my home country, where do I start?

    International moving is our specialty, a meeting with our team could help answer your questions and help us with determining the right moving plan for you.

  • When do I pay for my shipment?

    Once the shipment is accepted in our warehouse, an invoice is issued and sent to you by email. it needs to be paid by the due date that is on the invoice.

  • What form of payment is accepted?

    We accept cash, credit cards, checks, wire transfer, or Paypal.
