When moving overseas, there are two transport methods used for international shipping:

Shipments will be sent overseas by ship. Cargo will take longer to arrive, but will be delivered safely at a more affordable price.

    Full Container Load (FCL) Shipping: Door- to- Door Move

    • Delivery of the Container: The container will be delivered to the address of choice.
    • Transportation to the Port: Once the container is packed and sealed, we arrange for transport to the port of origin.
    • Ocean Freight Services (Port-to-Port): Containers will be loaded onto a ship at the port of origin and transported to the port of destination.
    • Delivery to Final Destination: After the container is released from the port of destination, it will be transported by rail or truck to the final destination of choice.
    • Personalized Support: Receive one-on-one consultation which includes 1-2 hours of dedicated documentation assistance.

    This process may differ based on each client and location 


    Less than Container Load (LCL) Shipping

    • Pre-shipment Processing: For LCL shipments, clients may either drop off their packed items to one of our dedicated warehouses or get them picked up for an additional fee. 
    • Loading: After your items arrive at the warehouse, they will be loaded into the container by experienced professionals.
    • Transportation to the Port: Once the container is packed and sealed, we arrange for transport to the port of origin.
    • Ocean Freight Services (Port-to-Port): Containers will be loaded onto a ship at the port of origin and transported to the port of destination.
    • Delivery to a Dedicated Warehouse: After the container is released from the port of destination, it will be transported by rail or truck to the nearest dedicated warehouse.
    • Delivery to Final Destination: Clients have the option of picking up their items from the dedicated warehouse or having all belongings delivered to a final destination of their choice. 
    • Personalized Support: Receive one-on-one consultation which includes 1-2 hours of dedicated documentation assistance.

    Air Freight Services

    • Pre-shipment Processing: For Air Freight shipments, clients may either drop off their packed items to one of our dedicated warehouses or get them picked up for an additional fee.

    • Air Freight Services (Airport-to-Airport): Our rates cover air freight from airport to airport, ensuring fast and reliable transit of your goods.
    • Delivery to a Dedicated Warehouse: After the shipment is released from the airport of destination, it may be transported to the nearest dedicated warehouse. 
    • Delivery to Final Destination: Clients have the option of picking up their items from the dedicated warehouse or having all belongings delivered to a final destination of their choice. 
    • Personalized Support: Receive one-on-one consultation which includes 1-2 hours of dedicated documentation assistance.

    Additional Services Available at Extra Cost

    We offer various optional services designed to make your move easier and more convenient, including:

    • LCL Local Transportation in the country of origin and destination country: We handle the transportation of your goods within the local regions to ensure smooth movement from one point to the next.
    • Storage Fees: Depending on the location of the warehouse, storage regulations and fees will vary.
    • Packing and Loading Services: Let our experienced team pack and load your items to ensure everything is securely handled and ready for transit.
    • Insurance Coverage: Total Loss Insurance provides full coverage against the complete loss of your shipment during transit, giving you peace of mind. This is an additional service we highly recommend for high-value items or long-distance shipments.
