Before pickup, each client will complete our booking form, which gathers important delivery details to ensure a seamless shipping experience.

Pickup
Our team will collect your furniture from its starting location—whether it’s a storage facility, showroom, or manufacturer—ensuring a smooth transition from point A to point B.

Inspection
Every item is carefully inspected by our trained professionals before packing, ensuring it’s in perfect condition for transport.

Packing
We prioritize safety by using high-quality materials like blanket wraps, bubble wrap, corner protectors, and foil. For high-value pieces, custom crating is also available for extra security.

Warehousing & Storage

Delivery
Stay informed with real-time updates! We provide an estimated delivery time once your item is en route, followed by a confirmation 24–48 hours in advance with a specific date and time window.

Delivery Time Frames
Our standard delivery times range from 2–8 weeks, depending on your location and the size of the shipment. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us to discuss special arrangements.

Insurance Coverage
All items shipped with us are fully insured for your peace of mind. For items valued over $10,000, an additional insurance fee may apply to ensure the highest level of protection during transit.
Types of Delivery
Curbside Delivery
This is the most basic delivery option, where your furniture is delivered to the curb or the end of your driveway. The item is unloaded, and the responsibility for moving it into the house is on the customer. This is a more affordable choice but requires additional effort for handling and placement of the furniture.
Standard Delivery (Most Popular)
Our drivers will bring each piece into your home and place it on the first floor. If you’d like your furniture moved upstairs or placed in a specific room, we can arrange for this upon request (may be subject to an additional fee). For long-distance deliveries, our drivers typically travel solo, while local trips are handled by a team of two. If a driver is alone for your delivery, they will gladly assist in placing the furniture wherever you’d like, provided there is someone available on-site to help.
White Glove Delivery
Enjoy a premium delivery experience with our White Glove Delivery service. With at least two drivers assigned to your delivery, we ensure your furniture is handled with care from start to finish. Our team will bring your items into your home, place them exactly where you’d like—even on upper floors or in complex spaces—and handle all unpacking with precision.
